      Introduction to iPads - Redcliffe Library

      Learn the basics of using the iPad in this hands-on workshop, including getting started, downloading apps, email and the internet, and how to get the most out of your iPad.  BYO iPad. Not suitable for Android tablet users. This class is offered on the 1st Friday of the month and the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. Dates include: Friday, 6 April, 4 May, 1 June, 6 July and 3 August 9.00am - 11.00 am Saturday, 7 April, 5 May, 2 June, 7 July, 4 August 2.00pm - 4.00pm Saturday, 17 March, 21 April, 19 May, 16 June, 21 July and 18 August 2.00pm - 4.00pm Sessions are approximately 2 hours.  Class size and participant skill level may impact duration.  Evening sessions are typically only 1 hour. Places are strictly limited so register now. Sessions may not run during peak holiday times i.e. December to February. Want to improve your computer skills before attending sessions? If you are not already a library member, please join! EVENT TIPS: Use the Eventbrite app to store your ticket and add a reminder to your calendar. Having your ticket handy, printed out or on your mobile device helps manage check-in processes efficiently at busy events. Arrive promptly to each event that you have registered for.  If you have not arrived by the start of the session your ticket may be transferred to another participant. Allow plenty of time for travel and parking.
